Please note that by submitting a telephone number to Pro Valet, you agree that a representative of Pro Valet can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our Services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
Like many websites, our Services may use "cookies" or other similar tracking technologies to collect information which will help us to improve the quality of our Services and to make it easier to navigate the Services. - To transfer information about customers, service companies and service technicians to one another only as necessary to facilitate the provision of Professional Services from the service companies and technicians to customers using our Services and in accordance with the Product Agreements.

- To customize, measure and improve our Services and the content and delivery of our Services.
- To assist you with managing your account and passwords.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
- To send notices to you about our agreements with you, the Services or your transactions.
- To notify you about changes to our Site or any Services we offer or provide through it.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.

In order to effectively provide and operate the Services used by customers and service companies, Pro Valet will disclose only the information as necessary between customers, service technicians and service companies to effectuate the provision and receipt of Professional Services agreed to between such parties. That said, Pro Valet users that offer Professional Services are independent third parties that are not controlled by Pro Valet and for which Pro Valet is not liable. Pro Valet does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information shared between you or Pro Valet and other Pro Valet users nor can Pro Valet guarantee that all Pro Valet users will handle your information in strict conformance with this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or company, without restriction. In addition to the information shared among Pro Valet users above, we may also disclose your information to other third parties:
- That process payments facilitated through the Services.
- Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
- Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
- For third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

You may also contact us to request access to, correct or delete any personal individual or company information that you have provided to us, either through the Services or otherwise. If you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Services users.
